No.F.8(1)/2011-Cord.- Pursuant to the Judgment, dated 14th May, 2012 of the Hon’ble Supreme Court of Pakistan passed in Civil Appeal No.516 of 2011 and CRP No.188/2010 (Sardar Muhammad Israr Tareen Vs. Sardar Muhammad Yaqoub Khan Nasar and others) the Election Commission of Pakistan has been pleased to recall its Notification of even number dated 14th June, 2011 whereby the name of Sardar Muhammad Yaqoub Khan Nasar was notified as returned candidate form National Assembly Constituency No.NA-263 Loralai-cum-Musakhel-cum-barkhan. Consequently, the Notification No.F.2(4)/2008-Cord. Dated 1st March, 2008 to the extent of the name of Sardar Muhammad Israr Tareen, MNA from that constituency is restored.
