                        No.F.2(42)2013-Cord. – Pursuant to the Order dated the 22^nd May, 2013, passed by the High Court of Sindh in CP No. 2194 of 2013, (Arif Mustafa Jatoi Vs. Election Commission of Pakistan and others) and in partial modification of this Commission’s Notification of even number dated the 22^nd May, 2013,  the  Election Commission of Pakistan is pleased to direct that the following entries against Provincial Assembly of Sindh Constituency No.PS-22 Naushero Feroze-IV, under column No. 2,3 and 4 shall be inserted for the existing entries:

“Notification stayed by Order dated 22-5-2013, passed by the High Court of Sindh in CP No. 2194 of 2013, (Arif Mustafa Jatoi Vs. Election Commission of Pakistan and others)”
