NOTIFICATION
No.F. 17(1)/2013-Estt-II(1).- Sh. Liaqat Ali, retired District & Sessions Judge is appointed as Election Tribunal at Faisalabad on contract basis on the terms and conditions mentioned in his offer of appointment for a period of one year with effect from 1st May, 2013. During employment pay, perks and privileges will be admissible equivalent to BPS-22 serving officer. He has assumed charge of his office with effect from the same date.
No.F. 17(1)/2013-Estt-II(2).- Malik Ghulam Sarwar, retired District & Sessions Judge is appointed as Election Tribunal at Multan on contract basis on the terms and conditions mentioned in his offer of appointment for a period of one year with effect from 1st May, 2013. During employment pay, perks and privileges will be admissible equivalent to BPS-22 serving officer. He has assumed charge of his office with effect from the same date.
No.F. 17(1)/2013-Estt-II(3).- Mr. Abdul Razzak Bhatti, retired District & Sessions Judge is appointed as Election Tribunal at Lahore on contract basis on the terms and conditions mentioned in his offer of appointment for a period of one year with effect from 1st May, 2013. During employment pay, perks and privileges will be admissible equivalent to BPS-22 serving officer. He has assumed charge of his office with effect from the same date.
No.F. 17(1)/2013-Estt-II(4).- Mr. Muhammad Zahoor Abbasi, retired District & Sessions Judge is appointed as Election Tribunal at Bahawalpur on contract basis on the terms and conditions mentioned in his offer of appointment for a period of one year with effect from 1st May, 2013. During employment pay, perks and privileges will be admissible equivalent to BPS-22 serving officer. He has assumed charge of his office with effect from the same date.
No.F. 17(1)/2013-Estt-II(5).- Mr. Muhammad Ashraf Chaudhry, retired District & Sessions Judge is appointed as Election Tribunal at Rawalpindi on contract basis on the terms and conditions mentioned in his offer of appointment for a period of one year with effect from 1st May, 2013. During employment pay, perks and privileges will be admissible equivalent to BPS-22 serving officer. He has assumed charge of his office with effect from the same date.
2. The appointment of the above officers during the period of contract shall be liable to termination on thirty days notice on either side or payment of basic pay in lieu thereof, without assigning any reason.
