(2) - Pursuant to the Judgment dated 30th December, 2009, passed by the Hon'ble Supreme Court of Pakistan in Civil Appeal No. 1410/2009, arising out of Civil Petition No. 2121/09 and in continuation of this Commission's Notification of even number dated the 16th September, 2009, the Chief Election Commissioner hereby revise the dates for following remaining stages of Bye-Election in Constituency No. NA-55 Rawalpindi-VI of National Assembly of Pakistan, which has become vacant due to resignation tendered by Haji Pervaiz Khan, Member of the National Assembly of Pakistan:
