11 Senators and Members of Provincial Assemblies have been de-notified

Islamabad, the 13th April, 2013

 

No. F.17(1)/2013-Cord.-  Pursuant to the Order dated 01.04.2013, passed by the Hon’ble Supreme Court of Pakistan, in CA No. 191-L and 409 of 2010, the  cases of 15 Members of Parliament and Provincial Assemblies earlier closed by the Election Commission of Pakistan on different grounds were revisited by it and decided as per separate Orders passed on 5th and 6th April, 2013 and following 11 Senators and Members of Provincial Assemblies have been directed to be de-notified from the membership as such with effect from the date mentioned against each:
