                Islamabad, the 22^nd April, 2016.-       A meeting of the Planning Committee under the Chairmanship of the Secretary, Election Commission of Pakistan, held today on 22^nd April, 2016 in the Secretariat of ECP, Islamabad, to look into the arrangements and process  of preparation for the next General Elections, 2018.

            The meeting was attended by all the Senior Officers of ECP and all the Provincial Election Commissioners.

            The Secretary told the participants that the objective of the ECP is to provide a conducive atmosphere and a level playing field for the next General Elections, 2018.
