Amendment in the Notification of Monitoring Teams

            No. F.2(7)/2012-Cord.-(2) In partial modification of this Commission’s Notification of even number dated the 22^nd March, 2013 and in pursuance to Article 218(3) of the constitution of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan read with Judgment dated 08-06-2012, passed by the Hon’ble Supreme Court of Pakistan in constitution Petition No. 87 of 2011 (Workers Party Pakistan and others Vs Federation of Pakistan and others), the Election Commission is pleased to direct that the following amendment shall be made in the said Notification of            Monitoring Teams against the National Assembly of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa constituency indicated below:

AMENDMENTS

 

NA-16 Hangu

In column No. 3 at serial No. 1 substitute         “Mr. Jalal Akbar, Additional Deputy Commissioner, Hungu” for “Mr. Muhammad Mushtaq, Civil Judge-II/JM, Hungu”
