                       No. F.8 (27)/2012-Cord.- In pursuance of sub-section (5) of Section 14 of the Representation of the People Act, 1976 (Act No. LXXXV of 1976), the Election Commission of Pakistan, with the approval of the President of Islamic Republic of Pakistan, is pleased to nominate the following Judges of the Lahore High Court as Appellate Tribunal for disposal of appeals against the decisions of the Returning Officer rejecting or accepting the nomination papers of candidates for Bye-Election to the Provincial Assembly of the Punjab constituency No. PP-239 Vehari-VIII:

2.         Hon’ble Mr. Justice Muhammad Qasim Khan
