Appellate Tribunal for disposal of appeals against the decisions of the Returning Officers rejecting or accepting the nomination papers of candidates for Bye-Elections to the Provincial Assembly of Sindh

                       No. F.8 (26)/2012-Cord.- In pursuance of sub-section (5) of Section 14 of the Representation of the People Act, 1976 (Act No. LXXXV of 1976), the Election Commission of Pakistan, with the approval of the President of Islamic Republic of Pakistan, is pleased to nominate the following Judges of High Court of Sindh as Appellate Tribunal for disposal of appeals against the decisions of the Returning Officers rejecting or accepting the nomination papers of candidates for Bye-Elections to the Provincial Assembly of Sindh form under mentioned constituencies:

 

PS-73 JAMSHORO-CUM-DADU, PS-84 THATTA-I, PS-101 KARACHI-XIII, PS-103 KARACHI-XV, PS-113 KARACHI-XXV AND PS-115 KARACHI-XXVII,
