Aziz-ur-Rehman and Ghulam Muhammad Khan duly elected as Nazim / Naib Nazim

No.F.18(1)/2005-Elec-I.- Pursuant to the Judgment, dated 20-05-2006 passed by the Additional District & Sessions Judge-ll, Bhakkar/Election Tribunal for Tehsil Esa Khel, District Mianwali in Election Petition No.O212005 (Aziz-ur-Rehman & another v. Abdul Karim and six others), in exercise of his powers under Section 164 of the Punjab Local Government Ordinance, 2001 and all other powers enabling him in that behalf, the Chief Election Commissioner is pleased to notify, for information of general public, Aziz-ur-Rehman and Ghulam Muhammad Khan as duly elected Nazim/Naib Nazim from Union Council No.02, Khaglanwala" Tehsil Esa Khel, District Mianwali in place of Abdul Karim and Zaka Ullah.
