BYE-ELECTION IN KARACHI POSTPONED.

                  Islamabad, the May 14, 2007.-       At the request of Government of Sindh  due to law and order situation prevailing in Karachi, the Chief Election Commissioner has postponed the Programme for holding bye-election in Constituency No. PS-123 Karachi XXXV scheduled on 16^th June, 2007, which had become vacant due to resignation of Syed Jarar Haider Shah, Member of Provincial Assembly, Sindh.  In this connection, fresh programme will be issued later.
