Bye-election of NA-250 Karachi-XII has been suspended

                No.F.8(14)/2006-Cord.- At the request of Government of Sindh, the Chief Election Commissioner, in exercise of his powers under section 11A of the Representation of the People Act,  1976 (LXXXV of 1976) and all other powers enabling him in that behalf, is pleased to postpone bye-election to the National Assembly of Pakistan from Constituency No.NA-250 Karachi-XII and hold in abeyance the programme notified vide this Commission’s Notification No.F.8(14)2006-Cord (2) dated the 21^st November, 2006.

 

                 Fresh dates of all stages of bye-election will be notified in due course of time.
