Bye election PB-12 Killa Abdullah-II

 

Islamabad, the 19^th August, 2006.

                         No.F.8(2)/2005-Cord.- In partial modification of this Commission’s Notification No.F.8(2)/2005-Cord.(2) dated the 20^th July, 2006, and in exercise of the powers conferred upon him under section 11A read with section 108 of the Representation of the People Act, 1976 (LXXXV of 1976),  Article 224 and Article 254 of the Constitution and all other powers enabling him in that behalf, the Chief Election Commissioner has been pleased to re-fix 5^th November, 2006 as the date of poll for bye-election in Constituency No.PB-12 Killa Abdullah-II on account of abnormal law and order situation indicated by the Provincial Government.
