No.F.8(17)/2006-Cord.(2).- In pursuance of the provisions of clause (b) of Article 219 and clause (4) of Article 224 of the Constitution of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan read with section 108 of the Representation of the People Act, 1976 (LXXXV of 1976), the Chief Election Commissioner is pleased to call upon the electors of National Assembly Constituency No.NA-44 Tribal Area-IX to elect their representative to fill the seat from the said constituency, which has become vacant due to resignation of Mr. Haroon Rashid, Member, National Assembly and specifies in relation thereto the following dates for bye-election:
