No.F.8(13)/2006-Cord (2).- Pursuant to the Order dated 03-11-2006 passed by the Hon’ble Election Tribunal Punjab in Election Petition No.121/2002 (Sahibzada Muhammad Nazeer Vs Saima Akhtar Bharwana & others) and in pursuance of the provisions of clause (b) of Article 219 and also clause (4) of Article 224 of the Constitution of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan read with section 108 of the Representation of the People Act, 1976 (LXXXV of 1976), the Chief Election Commissioner is pleased to call upon the electors of National Assembly constituency No. NA-90 Jhang-V to elect their representative to fill the seat from the said constituency and specify in relation thereto the following dates for bye-election:
