Bye-Elections Programme of Provincial Assembly
NOTIFICATION
Islamabad, the 17th April, 2008
No.F.8(1)/2008-Cord (4).- In partial modification of this Commission’s Notification of even number, dated the 14th April, 2008 and in pursuance of the provisions of Article 6 of the Election Commission Order, 2002, Section 11A of the Representation of the People Act, 1976 (LXXXV of 1976), read with Section 108 thereof and clause (4) of Article 224 and Article 254 of the Constitution of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan, the Chief Election Commissioner hereby calls upon the electors of the following constituencies of the Provincial Assemblies of the Punjab, Sindh, NWFP and Balochistan to elect a Member to fill the seat from each constituency, which have become vacant under Article 223 of the Constitution, and specifies in relation thereto, the following dates for Bye-Elections:
