No.F.5(26)/2006-Elec(II)(2).- In exercise of the powers conferred upon him under Article 2 of the Local Government Elections Order, 2000 (Chief Executive’s Order No. 8 of 2000), Section 148(3), Section 150(1), Section 156(5), Section 164 of the Sindh Local Government Ordinance, 2001, read with Rule 9(1), Rule 39 and Rule 45 of the Sindh Local Government Elections Rules, 2005 and all other powers enabling him in that behalf, the Chief Election Commissioner is pleased to notify the following Programme for Indirect Bye-elections to the seats of Town Nazims of Jamshed Town and Gulberg Town, Karachi City District of Sindh Province.
