Bye-Elections to the Senate of Pakistan

No.F.9(1)/2013-Cord.- In pursuance of Section 25 of the Senate (Election) Act, 1975 (LI of 1975), read with Clause (5) of Article 224 of the Constitution of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan and all other powers enabling it in that behalf, the Election Commission of Pakistan hereby publishes the names of the candidates returned elected as a result of Bye-Elections to the Senate of Pakistan against two General Seats from Balochistan Province fallen vacant due to the resignations tendered by Nawabzada Mir Haji Lashkari Raisani and Molana Muhammad Khan Sherani, for the un-expired term of their offices, which is due to expire on the 11th March, 2015:
