Candidate returned to the National Assembly of Pakistan from constituency No. NA-250 Karachi-XII

Islamabad, February 13, 2007.-   Chief Election Commissioner of Pakistan has published the name of Captain Akhlaq Hussain, S/o Syed Ashfaq Hussain Abidi,  as a candidate returned to the National Assembly of Pakistan from  constituency  No. NA-250 Karachi-XII as a result of bye-election held on 10^th February, 2007.

 

                The returned candidate, Captain Akhlaq Hussain of MQM(P) obtained 53910 votes while his runner-up Nafees Siddiqi Advocate of PPPP obtained  9976 votes.
