CEC CONDOLES DEATH OF CH. QAMAR-UZ-ZAMAN, EX-PROVINCIAL ELECTION COMMISSIONER

               Islamabad, the 7^th November, 2009.-   Hon’ble Justice (R) Hamid Ali Mirza, Chief Election Commissioner of Pakistan, has expressed his deep grief and sorrow over the sad demise of Ch. Qamar-uz-Zaman, Ex-Provincial Election Commissioner.

                 In his message of condolence to Mst. Abida Qamar, he prayed to the Almighty Allah to rest the departed soul in eternal peace and grant courage to the bereaved family to bear this irreparable loss with equanimity.
