Chief Election Commissioner is pleased to direct that re-poll shall be held at Polling Stations No. 12 Juna and 13 Kangar Paiyan, Union Council Sherwan, District Abbottabad

              No. F.23(1)/2006-Elec(II)(2).- Pursuant to the Judgment, dated 18th December, 2006 passed by the District & Sessions Judge, Haripur / Election Tribunal, Abbottabad in Writ Petition No. 08-EP/2005 (Sohail Ayub Tanoli & another V. Malik Junaid Ahmed & others), in exercise of the powers under Article 2 of the Local Government Election Order, 2000 (Chief Executive's Order No.8 of 2000), Section 150 and Section 164 of the NWFP Local Government Ordinance, 2001 read with Rule 9 of the NWFP Local Government (Conduct of Elections) Rules, 2005 and all other powers enabling him in that behalf, the Chief Election Commissioner is pleased to direct that re-poll shall be held at Polling Stations No. 12 Juna and 13 Kangar Paiyan, Union Council Sherwan, District Abbottabad for the seats of Nazim/Naib Nazim and notify the 20th January, 2007 as date for the purpose.
