     No.F.18(1)/2005-Elec-l.- Pursuant to the Order, dated 03-02-2006 passed by the District & Sessions Judge, Layyah/Election Tribunal for District Muzaffargarh in Election Petition No. 6-EP/2005 titled "Ghulam Murtaza v. DRO, Muzaffargarh, etc.", in exercise of his powers under Section 164 of the Punjab Local Government Ordinance, 2001 and all other powers enabling him in that behalf, the Chief Election Commissioner is pleased to notify, for information of general public, the name of Ghulam Murtaza s/o Abdul Rehman as duly elected against the seat of Muslim (General), Union Council No.31 (Murad Abad), Tehsil & District Muzafargarh in place of Muhammad Akram.
