Subject:   CONDUCT OF ELECTIONS TO THE SEATS OF CHAIRMEN/VICE CHAIRMEN IN MC MATLI, DISTRICT BADIN.

                        Islamabad the 25^th August, 2016. Polling for elections to the seats of Chairmen/Vice Chairmen is going to take place today i.e on 25.08.2016 in MC Matli, District Badin in pursuance of the order dated 24.08.2016 passed by the Hon’ble Election Commission. The District Returning Officer / Returning Officer informed that Police Authorities have declined to provide security at the polling station. The Hon’ble Election Commission has directed that Chief Secretary and IG, Sindh should ensure fool proof security arrangements and deploy adequate police force at the polling station to avoid any untoward incident.
