Date of hearing of PS-81 Sanghar-cum-Mirpurkhas-I Constituency

                        No. F. 2(42)/2013-Cord.- Pursuant to the Order dated 2^nd September, 2013, passed by the High Court of Sindh, Karachi in C.P.No.D-2894 of 2013 (Jam Madad Ali Khan Vs. Federation of Pakistan and others), and in continuation of this Commission’s Notification of even number dated the 15^th July, 2013, the membership of Provincial Assembly of Sindh from Constituency No.PS-81 Sanghar-cum-Mirpurkhas-I of Jam Madad Ali Khan notified vide  this Commission’s Notification of even number, dated 1^st July, 2013 stands restored with effect from 27^th July, 2013 till the next date of hearing i.e. 24.9.2013.
