No.F.2(11)/2007-Cord(2).- In pursuance of the Report, dated 24-11-2007, received from the Home Secretary, Home & Tribal Affairs Department, Government of NWFP, Peshawar and the Report, dated 23-11-2007 of the District & Sessions Judge/District Returning Officer, Shangla regarding law & order situation in Shangla Par District and in partial modification of this Commission’s Notification of even number, dated the 20th November, 2007 and in exercise of the powers under Section11A of the Representation of the People Act, 1976 and all other powers enabling in that behalf, the Election Commission is pleased to specify the following dates for the different stages of the election in respect of National Assembly Constituency No.NA-31-Shangla and Provincial Assembly Constituencies No. PF-87 Shangla-I & PF-88 Shangla-II in respect of NWFP:
