No.F.2(11)/2007-Cord(4).- In pursuance of the Report, dated 24-11-2007, received from the Civil Secretariat (FATA), Law & Order Department, Peshawar and the Report, dated 22-11-2007 of the Political Agent/District Returning Officer, Kurram Agency regarding law & order situation and in partial modification of this Commission’s Notification of even number, dated the 20th November, 2007 and in exercise of the powers under Section11A of the Representation of the People Act, 1976 and all other powers enabling in that behalf, the Election Commission is pleased to specify the following dates for the different stages of the election in respect of National Assembly Constituencies No. NA-37 Tribal Area-II and NA-38 Tribal Area-III in respect of FATAs:
