No.F.2(11)/2007-Cord(5).- In pursuance of the Report, dated 23-11-2007, received from the Political Agent/District Returning Officer, North Waziristan Agency, Miranshah regarding law & order situation and in partial modification of this Commission’s Notification of even number, dated the 20th November, 2007 and in exercise of the powers under Section11A of the Representation of the People Act, 1976 and all other powers enabling in that behalf, the Election Commission is pleased to specify the following dates for the different stages of the election in respect of National Assembly Constituencies No. NA-40 Tribal Area-V in respect of FATAs:
