Declaration Forms alongwith detail of the Parliamentarians

Islamabad, the 3^rd December 2012. -  The Election Commission of Pakistan (ECP) has, in pursuance of the directions of the Hon’ble Supreme Court of Pakistan vide its judgment dated 20-9-2012 in Constitution Petition No. 5/2012 (Syed Mehmood Akhtar Naqvi vs. Federation of Pakistan & others),  sent the lists to the Registrar, Supreme Court of Pakistan containing the names of Senators, Members National Assembly and Members Provincial Assemblies of Punjab, Sindh, Khyber Pakhtoonkhwa and Balochistan, who have submitted their Declaration Form alongwith detail of those Parliamentarians and Members Provincial Assemblies who have failed to submit the requisite declaration till the 30^th November, 2012.
