Director General (Law)

Muhammad Arshad was born to a humble family at village Kheshgi Bala District Nowshera. He studied primary education at his native village and also in higher school at Nowshera Cantt. He did his graduation from Government Degree College Nowshera and thereafter Obtained Law Degree from the University of Peshawar.

He joined the courts in Nowshera in 1980 and after practicing law for four years, joined the judiciary as Civil Judge in 1984.He was promoted as Senior civil judging in 1989 and as Additional District & Sessions judge in 1995.He was promoted as District &Sessions judge in 2002.He also served as Additional Registrar Peshawar High Court Peshawar. Remained as Judge Banking court. He also served as Director General/ Member Incharge Wafaqi Mohtasib of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa. His last posting was Registrar Peshawar High Court. After his retirement, He joined the Election Commission and is still performing his duties as Director General law.
