Islamabad, the 11th April, 2013
DIRECTIVE
WHEREAS on 2nd April 2013, the Commission had directed the Federal and Provincial Caretaker Governments to:

WHEREAS it has come to the knowledge of the Commission that no transfers have been made in the Province of Sindh in pursuance of paragraph (i) of the aforementioned direction and nor has the Commission received intimation with reasons that the same is not necessary.
WHEREAS the Commission has recently received a number of complaints which allege that several officials in the administration of the Government of Sindh are partisan in favour of political parties in the previous Government.
