ECP ESTABLISHES CONTROL ROOM FOR RECEIVING PRELIMINARY RESULTS OF BYE-ELECTIONS IN NA-68 SARGODHA-V, NA-100 GUJRANWALA-VI AND NA-155 LODHRAN-II
Islamabad, the 4th August, 2010.- In pursuance of Bye-elections, in the National Assembly Constituencies No. NA-68 Sargodha-V, NA-100 Gujranwala-VI and NA-155 Lodhran-II, to be held on 5th of August, 2010, the Election Commission of Pakistan (ECP) has established a Control Room in the ECP Secretariat, Islamabad under the supervision of Syed Sher Afgan, JS (Elections).
The designate staff of the ECP will be available in the Control Room from the time of start of polls till receipt of preliminary results. The Control Room will be receiving polling day complaints and preliminary results of the Bye-elections. Moreover, media (both print and electronic) and all other people interested in this regard, can contact the specifically established Control Room for any query and complaint on the polling day.Following are the contact numbers:
