ECP hereby appoints the officers as Returning Officers and Polling Officers for Senate Bye Elections

Islamabad the 20^th December, 2012

 

                        No.F.9(1)/2012-Cord.(3).-  In pursuance of the provisions of section 5 and section 7 of the Senate (Election) Act, 1975 (Act No. LI of 1975), read with section 77 thereof, the Election Commission of Pakistan hereby appoints the following officers as Returning Officers and Polling Officers for the purpose of Bye-Elections to fill the vacant general seats in the Senate one each from the Provinces of Punjab and Balochistan:

Provincial Election Commissioner, Punjab, Lahore.	1.	Joint Provincial Election Commissioner, Punjab.
	2.	Deputy Director (Elections),  office of the Provincial Election Commissioner, Punjab, Lahore.
	3.	Deputy Director (LGE), office of the Provincial Election Commissioner, Punjab, Lahore.
	4.	District Election Commissioner, Lahore.
Syed Sultan Bayazeed, Provincial Election Commissioner, Balochistan, Quetta.	1.	Mr. Muhammad Riaz, Regional Election Commissioner, Quetta Division, Quetta.
	2.	Mr. Waseem Ahmed, Deputy Director (HQ), Balochistan, Quetta.
