ECP RE-FIXES DATE OF POLL FOR BYE-ELECTION IN CONSTITUENCY NO. PF-69 TANK, KHYBER PAKHTUNKHWA

                 Islamabad, the 8^th July, 2010.- Mr. Justice ® Hamid Ali Mirza, Chief Election Commissioner of Pakistan has re-fixed the date of poll for bye-election in Constituency No. PF-69 Tank as 22^nd September 2010 instead of 12 July 2010, in view of Reports received from Additional Chief Secretary, Home Department, Government of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa and a Report of Returning Officer regarding adverse law and order situation in Tank, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Province.
