Election Commission has been pleased to order that the entries mentioned against each of the constituencies NA-69 Khushab-I, NA-121 Lahore-IV, NA-169 Vehari-III in columns No. 2, 3, & 4 below the particulars of returned candidate shall be deleted

                        No.F.2(4)/2008-Cord (5).- Pursuant to the Orders, dated the 7^th March, 2008 passed by the Lahore High Court, Lahore  in WPs No. 1687/2008,  12143/07 and 12245/07 and in partial modification of this Commission’s Notification No.F2(4)/2008-Cord, dated the 1^st March, 2008, the Election Commission has been pleased to order that the entries mentioned against each of the following constituencies in columns No. 2, 3, & 4 below the particulars of returned candidate shall be deleted:

 

(1)	NA-69 Khushab-I	“The result shall be subject to the final decision in W.P. No. 1687/2008 titled  “Malik Umar Aslam Awan Vs Election Commission of Pakistan etc” by Order dated 27-02-2008 of the Lahore High Court, Lahore”.
(2)	NA-121 Lahore-IV	“Result shall be subject to the final decision in W.P. No. 12143/2007 titled “Mian Fahad Vs. Election Tribunal etc”. by Order dated 13-02-2008 of the Lahore High Court, Lahore”.
(3)	NA-169 Vehari-III	“Result shall be subject to the final decision in W.P. No. 12245/2007 titled “Mr. Aftab Ahmed Khechi Vs Election Tribunal/RO and other etc”. by Order dated 13-02-2008 of the Lahore High Court, Lahore”.
