ELECTION COMMISSION OF PAKISTAN PREVARICATION OF IMRAN HAS PERVERTED THE TRUTH

 Repeated harangue and ranting of Imran Khan directed towards ECP in general and against me, amongst others, in particular is outcome of white lie consequently to be rubbished. I can only sympathize with the electors who voted him to National Assembly. Stood tall in the game of cricket has reduced himself to a midget in politics by leveling allegations against me to represent Iteffaq Foundry of Sharif Brothers as their Lawyer/empire of PML(N) thence showing proclivity in my professional duties, has given me a rude shock. Commencing my legal practice in 1963 till my elevation to the Bench in May 1998, challenge is to ask any Honourable Advocate of this era to verify, you will get an answer in the negative. I have never been Sharif Brother’s Legal Adviser, or conducted their cases for any cause in any Court or tendered legal opinion. What a blatant lie captain, take care others have an impeccable reputation and cannot swallow such nonsense. I am an umpire of my own conscience. Something difficult for you to comprehend.

 

          On 11.08.2014 at 9.50 PM Mr. Tariq Qadri, Provincial Election Commissioner, Sindh strongly refuted on all channels of electronic media that he knows Mr. Perwaiz Malik and that he was never directed by me to concede to his demands, has reduced your invective to dust. You are too fond of uttering the word ‘sharmnak’. Today give it a second thought to whom does this fond reference applies.

 

          Yes I was appointed Chairman, High Rise Building, Lahore by a Division Bench of the Supreme Court after consultation with the Bar in May, 2007 and continued to work upto May, 2009, resigned because of appointment as Federal Law Secretary. This should appease you my appointment was not made by Sharif Brothers, who were in exile in foreign lands. I am hated as I author most of the judgments in ECP. The winner praises me but the loser dubs me being won over. This brinkmanship is time tested, but beware no one dare dictate my conscience.

 

          ALLAH ALMIGHTY will never bestow you with the coveted status you so desperately desire unless you change your stance. Forget the sledging you learnt from the game.
