 Islamabad, the 20^th January, 2017

 

Pursuant to the order dated 12-01-2017 passed by the Hon’ble High court of Sindh, at Karachi, the Election Commission of Pakistan is pleased to re-call its Notification dated the 30^th December, 2016 regarding disqualification of Mr. Bashir Ahmed Halepoto as MPA and Notifications dated 5^th January, 2017. As a result, the schedule for Bye-Election in Constituency NO. PS-55 Badin-cum-T.M.Khan(I) (Old Badin-I) as well as appointment of District Returning Officer, Returning Officer, & Assistant Returning Officers, issued by the Election Commission shall stand suspended until further orders.
