No.F.2(3)2013-Cord.- In pursuance of the Orders of the President of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan and the Governors of the Punjab, Sindh, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa and Balochistan all dated 20th March, 2013, appointing the date of poll for holding of General Elections to the National Assembly and the Provincial Assemblies of the Punjab, Sindh, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa & Balochistan as the 11th May, 2013, Article 224(1) of the Constitution read with Section 11 of the Representation of the People Act, 1976 (Act No. LXXXV of 1976) and all other powers enabling it in that behalf, the Election Commission hereby calls upon the electors of the National Assembly Constituencies and the constituencies of the Provincial Assemblies of the Punjab, Sindh, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa and Balochistan to elect their representatives from each of these constituencies to the general seats and in connection therewith appoints the following dates for various activities of election to the aforesaid Assemblies:

2. The above mentioned Programme shall also apply to the seats reserved for Women and non-Muslims in the National Assembly and Provincial Assemblies of the Punjab, Sindh, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa and Balochistan.
Note:- The offices of the Election Commission as well as the offices of District Returning Officers and Returning Officers will remain open on 23rd, 24th, 30th, and 31st March, 2013.
