NOTIFICATION
Islamabad, the 17th April, 2008
No.F.8(1)/2008-Cord(3).- In partial modification of this Commission’s Notification of even number, dated the 14th April, 2008 and in pursuance of the provisions of Article 6 of the Election Commission Order, 2002, Section 11A and Section 18 of the Representation of the People Act, 1976 (LXXXV of 1976) and clause (4) of Article 224 and Article 254 of the Constitution of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan, the Election Commission hereby calls upon the electors of the under-mentioned Constituencies in the Provincial Assemblies of the Punjab and NWFP to elect a Member to fill each seat from the said Constituencies, which have become vacant due to the death of contesting candidates and specifies in relation thereto, the following dates for election:
