Hon’ble Justice (R) Hamid Ali Mirza, Chief Election Commissioner of Pakistan has restored the membership of Mr. Fazle Shakoor Khan, as a member of Provincial Assembly of N-W.F.P, Constituency No. PF-17 Charsadda-I.

Islamabad, the 5th  November, 2009.-   Hon’ble Justice (R) Hamid Ali Mirza, Chief Election Commissioner of Pakistan has restored the membership of Mr. Fazle Shakoor Khan, as a member of Provincial Assembly of N-W.F.P,  Constituency No. PF-17 Charsadda-I, who has filed his statement of assets and liabilities and has fulfilled the legal requirement.
