In exercise of the powers conferred upon him under the Local Government Elections Order, 2000 (Chief Executive's Order No.8 of 2000), read with Section 92 (4) and Section 164 of the NWFP Local Government Ordinance, 2001

              No. F. 25(11)/2006-Elec-(II).- In exercise of the powers conferred upon him under the Local Government Elections Order, 2000 (Chief Executive's Order No.8 of 2000), read with Section 92 (4) and Section 164 of the NWFP Local Government Ordinance, 2001 and all other powers enabling him in that behalf, the Chief Election Commissioner is pleased to notify, for information of general public, that on approval of Recall Motion against Mr. Said Ali Shah Bukhari, Naib Union Nazim, Union Council Nizampur, District Nowshera, as a result of secret ballot conducted on 18-12-2006 by the Civil Judge-IV/Returning Officer, Nowshera nominated by the Chief Election Commissioner, the said Naib Union Nazim has ceased to hold office forthwith. As such, the seat has become vacant with effect from the said date.
