Judges of the Peshawar High Court, Peshawar to act as Appellate Tribunal

                   Islamabad, the 8^th March, 2007.-   Chief Election Commissioner of Pakistan, with the approval of the President, has nominated Hon’ble Mr. Justice Ejaz Afzal Khan and Hon’ble Mr. Justice Raj Muhammad Khan, Judges of the Peshawar High Court, Peshawar to act as Appellate Tribunal for disposal of appeals against decisions of the Returning Officer for bye-election to the National Assembly Constituency No. NA-26 Bannu.
