Justice (R) Ikramullah Khan

Justice (R ) Ikram Ullah Khan was born on 1st of January 1959, Officerabad, Saidu Sharif, Swat. He belongs to Tehsil Babozai, District Swat, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa. He completed his early education from Wadudia High School Saidu Sharif, Swat and done his graduation from Government Post Graduate Jehanzeb Collage, Saidu Sharif. He moved to Karachi Sindh Muslim Law Collage to complete his (Law) L.L.B in Year 1988.

He started his professional career and began legal practice as a Lawyer in 1988. He enrolled as an Advocate of the lower courts on 09.02.1989 and enrolled as an Advocate of High Court in 1994 and remained Legal Advisor of United Bank Limited from 1995 to 2008, Additional Advocate General from 17.04.2008 to 2009, appointed as Additional Advocate General by Government of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa for (Dar-ul-Qaza) Swat from 01.05.2010 to till November, 2013, Legal Advisor of Swat Press Club and Union of Journalist, Mingora, District Swat and elected as a member of Cabinet at different posts of the Swat Bar Association, he also attended numerous short courses on Local Governments and Arbitrations, and participated in various National Conferences, on the Role of Law in Rural Areas Etc, attended Case Management Course at London, United Kindom.

He was appointed as a Additional Judge of Peshawar High Court on 26.03.2013, and confirmed as permanent Judge of Peshawar High Court in the same year, remained Member of Adminsitrative Committee of Peshawar High Court while retired on 31.12.2021, slected as Member of Senate and Syndicate of Abdul Wali Khan University, Mardan and also Member of Syndicate, Agricultural University Peshawar. Appointed by the president of Pakistan as Member Election Commission of Pakistan. on 1st of June, 2022.
