(Killa Abdullah Notification)
Islamabad, the 11th August, 2005.- Mr. Justice Abdul Hameed Dogar, Chief Election Commissioner of Pakistan is pleased to notify the following Programme for holding election to the seat of Muslim (Women) category in Union Council, Saigi, District Killa Abdullah of the Balochistan Province. The Returning Officer, Gulistan/EDO(R), Union Council, Saigi, District Killa Abdullah, in terms of Rule 17 (1) of the Balochistan Local Government (Conduct of Elections) Rules, 2004, has terminated the proceedings relating to the election to the seat of Muslim (Women) category due to death of a contesting candidate for that seat in Union Council, Saigi, District Killa Abdullah, (2nd Phase).

2- The persons who earlier filed their nomination papers for the seats of Muslim (Women) in the above said Union Council need not to file fresh nomination papers, if they wish to contest election to that category of seats. However, the other persons desiring to contest election, will have to file their nomination papers alongwith candidature fee in accordance with law.
