No. F. 23(9)/2006-Elec(II):- Pursuant to the Order, dated 12-05-2006 passed by the District & Sessions Judge, Abbottabad/Election Tribunal, Haripur district in Election Petition No. 137/2005 (Malik Sarfaraz Awan Vs. Chanzeb & others), in exercise of the powers conferred upon him under Section 164 of the NWFP Local Government Ordinance, 2001 and all other powers enabling him in that behalf, the Chief Election Commissioner is pleased to notify, for information of general public, Malik Sarfaraz Awan s/o Malik Ghafar as duly elected against the seat of Muslim (General), Union Council Sikandarpur, District Haripur in place of Chaneb s/o Jalilur Rehman.
