Member of Provincial Assembly, Balochistan having failed to file her statement of assets and liabilities up to 15th October, 2013
No.F.1(2)/2013-Confd(6) ---WHEREAS, sub-section (1) of Section 42A of the Representation of the People Act, 1976 provides that every Member shall, submit a statement of assets and liabilities of his own, his spouse and dependents annually to the Commission by the thirtieth day of September each year.
AND WHEREAS, the following Member of Provincial Assembly, Balochistan having failed to file her statement of assets and liabilities up to 15th October, 2013 was ordered to have ceased to function as Member of the said Assembly in terms of sub-section (3) of section 42A ibid vide Notification No.F.1(2)/2013-Confd(6) dated the 22nd October, 2013:

AND WHEREAS the above mentioned Member has now filed the statement of assets and liabilities and has fulfilled the legal requirement
NOW, THEREFORE, in pursuance of the aforesaid provisions of law and in exercise of all other powers enabling him in that behalf, the Election Commissioner is pleased to restore, subject to all just exceptions, the membership of Provincial Assembly, Balochistan of the aforesaid person. Consequently, this Commission’s Notification No.F.1(2)/2013-Confd(6) dated the 22nd October, 2013 referred to above stands modified to the above extent accordingly.
