No. F.8(8)/2013-Cord.- Pursuant to Article 218 (3) of the Constitution of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan read with Judgment dated 08-06-2012, passed by the Hon’ble Supreme Court of Pakistan in Constitution Petition No. 87 of 2011 (Workers Party Pakistan and others Vs Federation of Pakistan and others), the Election Commission of Pakistan is pleased to appoint the Monitoring Team, to monitor the process of Bye-election in respect of constituency No. PB-49 Kech-II of Provincial Assembly of Balochistan with immediate effect, as under
