No. F.8(7)/2013-Cord.- Pursuant to Article 218 (3) of the Constitution of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan read with Judgment dated 08-06-2012, passed by the Hon’ble Supreme Court of Pakistan in Constitution Petition No. 87 of 2011 (Workers Party Pakistan and others Vs Federation of Pakistan and others), the Election Commission of Pakistan is pleased to appoint the Monitoring Teams, to monitor the process of Bye-elections in respect of the constituencies of Provincial Assembly of Punjab with immediate effect, as under
