Mr. Justice Mian Shakirullah Jan, a Judge of Supreme Court of Pakistan will act as Acting Chief Election Commissioner of Pakistan from 22nd to 27th October, 2011 during the visit abroad of Mr. Justice (R) Hamid Ali Mirza, Chief Election Commissioner of Pakistan.
No.F.3(13)/2010-Estt-I:- In pursuance of Article 217 of the Constitution of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan, the Chief Justice of Pakistan has been pleased to nominate Mr. Justice Mian Shakirullah Jan, a Judge of Supreme Court of Pakistan to act as Acting Chief Election Commissioner of Pakistan from 22nd to 27th October, 2011 during the visit abroad of Mr. Justice (R) Hamid Ali Mirza, Chief Election Commissioner of Pakistan.
