No. F. 18(1)/2005-Elec-I:- Pursuant to the Order, dated 23-05-2006 passed by the Additional District & Sessions Judge, Chakwal/Election Tribunal for Tehsil Talagang, District Chakwal in Election Petition No. 13/2005 (Mst. Naseem Akhtar v. District Returning Officer and 3 others), in exercise of his powers under Section 164 of the Punjab Local Government Ordinance, 2001 and all other powers enabling him in that behalf, the Chief Election Commissioner is pleased to notify, for information of general public, the name of Mst. Naseem Akhtar w/o Umar Hayat Awan as duly elected on the seat of Muslim (Women), Union Council No. 53, Multan Khurd, Tehsil Talang , District Chakwal in place of Mst. Bibi Rani w/o Mohammad Aslam.
