                        No. F. 23(18)/2006-Elec-(lI).- Pursuant to the Order, dated,         15-04-06 passed by the District  & Sessions Judge/Election Tribunal, Nowshera in Election Petition No 20/ETA (Sher Muhammad Khattak Vs. Mujeeb–ur-Rehman & others), in exercise of the powers conferred upon him under Section 164 of the NWFP Local Government Ordinance, 2001 and all other powers enabling him in that behalf, the Chief Election Commissioner is pleased to notify, for information of general public, Sher Muhammad Khattak s/o Amal Din as duly elected against the seat of Muslim General, Union Council, Spinkhak, District Nowshera in-place of Muhammad Akbar
